DATA COLLECTION3.1 Local device dataAll data you create (conversion presets, custom formulas, settings, history) is stored exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted to us or third parties.3.2 Anonymous Usage Statistics (TelemetryDeck)We use the privacy-friendly analytics service TelemetryDeck (provider: TelemetryDeck GmbH, Von-der-Tann-Str. 54, 86159 Augsburg, Germany) to analyze usage data. The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, as we require reliable and efficient tools for collecting app usage data in order to fulfill the contract with you, our customer.What data is transferred?The data processed by TelemetryDeck is completely anonymized and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal information.The following data is collected, among other things:an anonymized, untraceable user ID (per app installation),
actions defined by the app publisher (e.g., "app launched," "settings opened"),
a rounded timestamp (to the nearest hour),
device metadata (e.g., system version, app version, device type),
additional metadata defined by the app publisher (e.g., "number of items in the database").
What is not stored?No IP addresses (not in logs, not in the database),
No cookies or tracking technologies,
no persistent identifiers that could be traced back to individuals.

Last updated: February 20261. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy downloading, installing, or using OmniUnits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.2. LICENSEWe grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. All rights not expressly granted remain with the developer.3. IN-APP PURCHASESOmniUnits offers optional one-time purchases for advanced features:• OmniUnits Plus: Extended usage limits
• OmniUnits Pro: Full access to all featuresAll purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's payment terms apply. All purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal.Refunds are subject exclusively to Apple's refund policy. We have no influence over refund decisions.4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYOmniUnits, including all content, graphics, user interfaces, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.5. PROHIBITED USEYou are prohibited from:• Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the app
• Renting, selling, or sublicensing the app for commercial purposes
• Using the app in any manner that violates applicable law
• Circumventing or tampering with the app's security mechanisms6. DISCLAIMEROmniUnits is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of conversion results. The app is intended for general informational purposes only.7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.8. TERMINATIONThis license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically and without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete the app and all copies from your device.9. APPLE APP STORE TERMSOmniUnits is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
